The old school at Skjønhaug is beautifully and majestically located - close to the center. Close to everything, and with a perfect south-west facing location, this will be a great residential area in Trøgstad.

After Trøgstad built a new school, Xproco helped buy the property, to regulate it for housing. Together with our partners, we aim to transform the old school into a new and nice addition to Skjønhaug center. Here you should be able to live centrally, but still in the countryside.
